We are looking to bring on board a sales-inclined and Customer Relationship Personnel who is ready to build a business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Screening, Recruiting, Training and Monitoring an effective sales team.
- Answering customer questions whilst maintaining a professional disposition.
- Providing product developers with useful information for possible product improvement in order to meet current market needs and standard.
- Preparing cost-effective analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable alternative.
- Analyzing competitions and determining product future; benefit and downside. REQUIREMENTS:
- OND/HND/Degree in any Business and Marketing related discipline.
- Proven sales experience
- Exceptional communication skill. (Individual must be persuasive and knowledgeable as regards industry best practices
